Congratulations on booking with Be My Guest!

We have built our reputation on providing quality short-term rentals with superior customer services, so congratulations – you have just taken the first step to a terrific stay with us! We have a great team on the ground in Waiheke, who look forward to welcoming you.

 

The pre-stay process

Now that you have booked & paid your deposit, your booking is confirmed. You do not need to do anything until 14 days before your stay, when the remainder of the payment is due.
If you have paid by credit card we will simply charge this again, and send you a confirmation that you are all paid up & ready to go.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer then we will send a reminder 14 days prior to your arrival. Note that we will also require details of a credit card to be held against a security bond.
Once the final payment has been received, we will provide the address and any other infortamtion that you will need about the property. We will also send you information about Waiheke with some useful links.
Then about a week before your arrival the property manager will make contact to provide access details for the property. Please do note that checkin is 2pm, and we cannot often offer earlier checkins due to the need to ensure that the property is ready for you.
