Okoka Bay Retreat, a luxurious and water front accommodation with private access to the beach and stunning views of Okoka Bay. As you arrive, you'll find a private entrance leading to your secluded oasis.

The main house is a spacious and inviting enviromment featuring a large indoor arena ideal for yoga, workouts or basketball. There are also several walls of books and a piano. Imagine playing basketball in your own private court or getting lost in the books that line the arena and living room, creating a cozy library-like atmosphere.

As you ascend the stairs to the second floor you'll be surrounded by more shelves of books, including hundreds of National Geographic magazines  which provide a fascinating glimpse into the world's wonders. Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with more books and a guitar to play.

The living room is equipped with a full shelf of CDs and DVDs, free for guests to use, along with a Hi-Fi stereo system for your listening pleasure. The large deck offers all-day sunshine, perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views.

For guests seeking additional privacy, a cabin next to the main house offers another comfortable bedroom, ensuring everyone in the house can relax in comfort.

An outdoor showering facility is next to the outdoor Spa, allowing you to rinse off after a day at the beach or a warm spa experience.

The owner offers plenty of pantry storage free for use, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. An indoor fireplace provides a cozy retreat on cooler evenings, perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a relaxing evening indoors.

With a indoor fireplace, and plenty of activities to do, including reading, playing guitar or piano, playing ball games, using the spa, listening to music, and walking to the beach, this retreat offers varieties for everyone to enjoy, especially when it’s cold or bad weather outside.

The Retreat is just 4 mins drive to Whakanewha Regional Park,10 mins drive to Oneroa Village and 7 mins from Onetangi Beach.
