A family friendly holiday home with fabulous views across the Hauraki Gulf.  Located just minutes from Onetangi Beach, this is the perfect spot to base yourself for a fabulous beach holiday.  It has a sunny north facing position, a large deck with lovely views, and is furnished in a stylish & welcoming way.  

Every attention to detail is taken care of - it is just waiting for you & your family and friends to arrive! The main living level is upstairs, with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.  This opens onto the north facing deck which has spectacular views across to the bay.  The kitchen is well equipped for catering. 

Also on the level are both the master bedroom (with ensuite) and two further bedrooms, with a jack & jill bedroom between them. There is also a further separate guest loo.

Downstairs is a large bedroom/play room with a fold out double bed, and a separate bedroom with bunks in it. On this level there's also a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a kitchenette with fridge & tea & coffee making facilities. 

The property is set in a nicely planted garden, with a trampoline.  

The house is located a few minutes drive from Onetangi Beach, with multiple fabulous wineries & award winning restaurants nearby.  It is five minutes’ drive to the supermarket, shops and the weekend market at Ostend. Oneroa and the ferry is a further few minutes from there.

All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $250 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
