Number 2 is the perfect base for a family beach holiday - relaxing & welcoming, with sea views and plenty of room for the family & friends!  With a large deck & all day sun, this is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the beach!

Set over 3 levels, you enter on the middle level into the open plan living, dining & kitchen.  This opens onto the large deck, looking across the garden to the bay.  There are 2 bedrooms & a large family bathroom also on this level.  Upstairs is the master bedroom & ensuite.  Downstairs is the garage & laundry, with a separate apartment accessed off this.  This has 2 further bedrooms, a bathrooom & a lounge/TV room.  

Close enough to Onetangi Beach to hear the waves, but a paradise of peace.  Sit on the deck & enjoy the views, and the lovely native birds enjoying the trees.  There is a bus stop just down the road, which has a good service around the island.  Further down the beach are a choice of dining options, and a store.  There are also 5 wineries within a few minutes drive, so something for everyone.

All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $300 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.  Families & mature groups only.  This house is suitable for 6 adults, or up to 8 including children.

This property is very well equipped, and in an incredible location! Catch the 50A bus directly from the ferry to almost the driveway. The house has absolutely everything you need, and with a great view.

Really well set up with plenty of living space inside & out. The 5 bedrooms provides lots of sleeping and well spread over the 3 levels. Being right on Onetangi makes for a great stay. Very quiet and didn't notice any of the neighbours.

What an amazing few days we had, not nearly long enough. Great house, location and wonderful beach very close. Walked and ran the beach, popped into Charley's for a coffee. Close to public transport Bus Route 50A local taxi service very reliable too. We will definitely be back.

Lovely home and such a beautiful location! About 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Ki Maha which is a beautiful restaurant. The house was spacious and very cosy.
