Sandcastle on Seventh is the ultimate base for a family beach holiday. With plenty of space for the whole family, huge outdoor decks on both sides, and stunning views, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day on the beach!
Newly built, this house is the picture of simplicity & style. The property is set over two levels, with a path winding up through the garden & access into both levels. The entire upstairs is taken up with the living, dining & kitchen areas, with both sides opening onto a deck - a huge sunny deck at the front with views across the bay, and a lovely sheltered deck at the back, framed by a nicely landscaped garden. To the side of this deck is also an outdoor toilet, and an outside shower - perfect for hosing off the sand!
Downstairs are 3 sleeping areas, along with the bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a deck with lovely views and morning sun. Outside the master bedroom is a bunkroom alcove. The second bedroom is huge, with a queen bed and a fold out couch. This bedroom also opens onto the downstairs deck & has lovely views & sun!
Wake to the sound of the waves & go for a walk down the length of Onetangi Beach. Sit on the deck & enjoy the views, and the lovely native birds enjoying the trees. There is a bus stop just down the road, which has a good service around the island. Further down the beach are a choice of dining options, and a store. There are also 5 wineries within a few minutes drive, so something for everyone!
Each stay incurs a $300 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
