31 at Palm Beach

This beautifully renovated cottage ticks all the boxes for a fabulous holiday pad - all day sun, fabulous views, spa pool and a short wander from the lovely sandy Palm Beach and the best kids playground on the island. 

A short path up from the parking bay takes you in a welcoming entrance.  Heading straight upstairs you find the open plan living level, which opens onto a large deck.  The open plan living & dining areas also incorporate the kitchen, which has a further scullery to the side.  There is a small living area, which can be closed off & has a sofa bed, but generally forms part of the larger living area.  The bathroom also on this level. Heading back downstairs we find the bunk room and master bedroom, which has a walk-in wardrobe and opens onto the garden and spa. Cleverly there are also 2 further "pods" which are accessed from the main deck, and being at the top of the property they have lovely views!  The top pod is a private double bedroom which has a sun deck, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.  The lower pod contains a large bathroom.  Beside these pods is a large flat lawn with fabulous views out to sea.

Number 31 is the perfect location - a short meander from the lovely Palm Beach - which many locals claim is the best beach on the island - but don't tell everyone!  There is also a store and a great cafe, Arcadia.  So you rarely need to leave the area...just hide away in this little slice of paradise!

This property can sleep 6, with a maximum of 4 adults (due to bedding configuration).

Each stay incurs a $200 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
