Putiki Bay Retreat is a fabulous old villa sitting on top of the hill, ready to welcome you with open arms. The perfect place for a family holiday, with a swimming pool, spa, and large garden, the kids will be happily entertained leaving the adults to relax & enjoy the tranquility & fabulous views.

This original villa is packed full of character. The open plan kitchen, dining & living room will become a hub for the holiday, while the separate living room off this might be for those more peaceful moments. Off this is a play room with toys & a TV for the kids.

The kitchen area opens onto a large deck, with outdoor dining, and leads down to the pool & garden. The garden is huge, plenty to explore!

On this downstairs level is also a bedroom with lovely views of the garden. The family bathroom is on the mezzanine level.

Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms, the master has lovely views of the bay and a small ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third has a king single & single, and lovely views.

Putiki Bay is very central - just minutes from the Kennedy Point Ferry, and an easy walk to the Ostend shops & weekend market. Oneroa village & beach is 5 mins drive away, as numerous other beaches & fabulous wineries!

All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $250 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Note that there is a small separate flat attached to the property. You will not even know the tenants are there, but we do ask you to be considerate.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.
